✦ Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across mainland UK free of charge. For locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland, a small regional surcharge may apply. A surcharge may also apply if delivery is not to a ground floor room. 

Can I have my order shipped outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No, we require a full street address for delivery.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a Track & Trace code via email—please check your spam/junk folder. It may take a few hours to activate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.  

✦ Installation & Warranty

Do you provide installation?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary two-person professional installation on all slate bed tables and select models

What warranty comes with my table?
All our pool, snooker, and bar room products include a 12‑month manufacturer’s warranty, covering structural faults (excluding wear and tear or misuse).

How do I track or manage my order?

What size table is right for my space?
Choosing a table size depends on your room dimensions and how many players will use it.

  • Kids’ tables (4–6 ft) are ideal for younger players or compact spaces.
  • Standard pool and snooker sizes (6–12 ft) suit dedicated games rooms.
