Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we pre-authorise your card but don’t charge it right away. We’ll first check with our supplier to confirm that your item is available for immediate delivery.

  • If it is, we’ll process your payment and confirm your delivery date.
  • If it’s on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you to discuss options.

SAM & Buffalo Table Delivery

Included with Price:

  • Delivery and full installation (ground floor)
  • We’ll confirm all delivery details with you after purchase
  • Extra charges may apply for remote areas (e.g., Highlands or far West Cornwall) or if access is difficult

Upstairs/Basement Installations:

  • Additional team members may be required, and extra costs will apply
  • If access is tricky, we might suggest a flat-pack option or a different table

 Estimated Lead Time

Many of our products are custom-made, so delivery usually takes 4–6 weeks (unless already in stock). For non-custom items, delivery is typically 5–10 working days.

Once your item is ready for dispatch, we’ll email you tracking details.

 


FMF Pool Table Delivery

  • Delivered and installed by at least 2 experienced fitters across the UK
  • Fully levelled and professionally set up

Delivery & Installation

  • Our team will deliver your table to the ground floor, and professionally assemble and level it
  • Installations above/below ground are available for an extra charge
  • For tight spaces (e.g., narrow staircases, basements), a flat-pack build may be required
  • If unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll guide you

Estimated Lead Times

England & Wales

  • FMF tables usually delivered within 2–6 weeks
  • You’ll be contacted 3–5 days in advance with a weekday delivery slot

Scotland

  • Average delivery time: 2–4 weeks
  • Remote areas (e.g., Highlands/Islands) may take longer
  • You’ll receive a delivery date once your table arrives at our warehouse

Please Note:

  • Some accessories (e.g., table tennis tops, hard tops) may arrive separately via courier

Damages

Please inspect your items on delivery.

  • Do not accept any obviously damaged items
  • If you discover damage after delivery, email clear photos and details to:
